Mr Bhagwat S Mathur is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the world-renowned St Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery and Burns, Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, with over four decades of surgical experience. He qualified in 1979 from the University of Rajasthan, India. Bhagwat undertook specialist plastic surgery training in breast and microsurgery at the Canniesburn Unit, Glasgow and St Andrew’s Centre, Chelmsford complimented by international fellowships in Germany and Switzerland. His career spans NHS and private practice across the Middle East, Scotland, Wales, and England.
A top plastic surgeon in Essex, Bhagwat is celebrated for his combination of surgical precision and classically trained artistic judgement, with exceptional attention to the lines, curves, shadows, and symmetry of the human body.
