At Kirbha Clinic, facial rejuvenation treatments are delivered under the guidance of Mr Bhagwat Mathur and Dr Supriya. Facial ageing is influenced by changes in skin structure, collagen loss, reduced elasticity and cumulative environmental damage, leading to the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles (forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines, smokers / lip lines, marionette lines, and nasolabial folds), hollowing (temples, cheeks, and under the eyes), and facial sagging (particularly around the jaw). We address these concerns using a layered, personalised approach.

Skin boosters such as Profhilo® and polynucleotides improve hydration, elasticity and dermal regeneration, while regenerative treatments including PRP and exosomes support cellular repair and skin renewal. Microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels enhance texture, tone and radiance, while Hydrafacial® treatments deeply cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin for immediate and progressive improvement. Soft thread treatments provide subtle lifting and structural support to areas affected by sagging, helping restore definition to the face and neck without surgery. Many of these treatments (including skin boosters, polynucleotides, exosomes and PRP) are also suitable for rejuvenating the neck, hands and body skin (particularly the tummy).

Procedures are minimally invasive and carefully planned around individual anatomy and skin needs. Injectables are placed with precision, regenerative therapies are selected based on skin quality and concerns, and energy-based or resurfacing treatments are used to enhance overall results. Are facial rejuvenation treatments painful?

Treatments are minimally invasive and performed under local anaesthetic or topical numbing where required. Mild discomfort may occur during injections or thread placement, but most patients find the experience well-tolerated.

How soon will I see results, and how long do they last?

Skin boosters typically improve hydration and radiance within a few days, with full collagen-stimulating effects developing over 4-6 weeks. Soft thread lifts show immediate lifting and contouring, with gradual improvement over several weeks as tissues settle.
Results vary depending on the treatment type, area treated, and individual skin characteristics. Skin boosters may last 3-6 months, while soft thread lifts generally last 12-18 months. Repeat treatments can maintain or enhance results.

Is there any downtime or aftercare required?

Minimal downtime is expected. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur for 1-7 days. Patients are often advised to avoid strenuous exercise, direct heat, or excessive facial pressure immediately after treatment. Gentle skincare and sun protection are recommended.

What is the difference between HA fillers and skin boosters?

HA fillers are used to restore or add volume and definition to specific areas of the face, such as the cheeks, lips, jawline, or under the eyes. They replace lost structural support, smooth deep lines, and enhance contours. Skin boosters, on the other hand, focus on improving overall skin quality, hydration, and elasticity by delivering hyaluronic acid into the superficial layers of the skin. While fillers lift and shape, skin boosters rejuvenate the skin’s texture, tone, and radiance. Both treatments can be combined for a subtle, natural enhancement, providing complementary benefits.
